Linda Giles Clinic Administrator

Qualifications

Graduate of Algonquin College – Office Administration

Former Customer Service Manager at Bell Canada

Former Office Manager at The NorthWest Company

8 years in a Physiotherapy clinic administration role

What I do around here:

Along with my front desk colleague, I am the first point of contact at Apollo Physical Therapy for anything patient related or therapist related.. That means if you need assistance with booking appointments, completing paperwork, you need help navigating our intake forms, or simply need an listening ear, I am there. I write all the processes and procedures for our clinic, and liaison with MVA patient adjusters and lawyers to ensure a smooth transparent process for those involved in motor vehicle accidents. I also am responsible for monitoring accounts receivable in a timely manner. I became an administrator because I have always loved assisting and organizing people and getting down to the “nitty gritty” details of administration. Paperwork does not scare me. My desire has always been to support team members with anything that arises administratively in their day! My personal philosophy is to make the well being and satisfaction of our patients our top priority. Also to lead with empathy and compassion towards all patients.

What I do for fun:

Boating, cooking, baking, spending time with my 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
