SUFFERING FROM TENNIS ELBOW?

Tennis elbow is a repetitive strain injury that affects the muscles and tendons that attach your forearm muscles to your elbow. It’s most often caused by repetitive use of these muscles, such as in racquet sports, but can also be caused by other activities that require forceful gripping and twisting of the arm, such as using a screwdriver.

Symptoms of tennis elbow include pain and stiffness around your elbow, weakness in your arm and hand, and difficulty turning your palm up or down. The best way to treat tennis elbow is with a combination of rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE), along with physical therapy to stretch and strengthen the muscles and tendons around your elbow.
